Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy between Market Tycoon (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the customer (“Controller,” “you,” or “your”).

1. Purpose
This DPA ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR. It sets out how Market Tycoon processes personal data on behalf of customers who use our Services.

2. Roles of the Parties
You (the Customer): Data Controller – you determine the purpose and means of processing personal data.
Market Tycoon: Data Processor – we process data only on your documented instructions.

3. Processing of Personal Data
We will process personal data only for the purposes of providing and improving our Services, in accordance with your instructions, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Security Measures
Market Tycoon implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal data, including encryption, access controls, and regular monitoring.

5. Sub-Processors
We may engage third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment processors) to assist in providing our Services. We ensure sub-processors are bound by contractual terms that offer equivalent data protection safeguards.

6. International Transfers
If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. Data Subject Rights
We will assist you in responding to data subject requests (e.g., access, rectification, deletion, portability) in accordance with GDPR.

8. Termination & Deletion
Upon termination of your account, we will delete or return personal data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy, unless retention is required by law.
