Since we provide a free trial, all subscriptions are non-refundable once billing begins. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

After signing up you will be directed to the affiliate dashboard. If you're logged in but weren't sent to the affiliate dash board; you have two options: 

1.) Click on the "Check Affiliate Earnings" on the left side of the screen and this will take you to the affiliate dashboard. 
 or 
2.) Click on the grid of nine dots in the top-right corner and select "Affiliate" and this will take you to the affiliate dashboard.

*If you don't see either of these options, it is because you have signed up without completing the Affiliate Program form. To fix this please fill out the Affiliate Program form.    

 We use our Portal system to track clicks, sign-ups, and purchases. Each affiliate has a unique referral link.

 Cookies are small pieces of data stored in a visitor’s web browser when they click your affiliate link. They allow our system to remember which affiliate referred the visitor. If the visitor doesn’t buy right away but returns within 180 days to complete their purchase, the sale is still credited to you.

 Cookies last for 180 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within that period, you get the commission.

 Yes. As long as the customer stays subscribed — monthly or yearly — you’ll receive 50% of every payment.

 Your commission payment starts as soon as the customer starts paying for the srvice. So if the customer stays signed up after the 14 day free trial then you will get your first commission payment. However, if the customer cancels before the 14 day free trial ends you will not earn a commission.

 Commissions are processed 15 days after the month ends. You can choose Stripe, PayPal, or your bank account for payouts.
